1 16 oz package of potato gnocchi
3/4 lb. spicy sausage
1 medium onion (diced)
8 oz portobello mushrooms (sliced)
10 oz frozen spinach (chopped)
1/2 t. kosher salt
1/4 t. ground black pepper
1 glove garlic (minced)
1/2 t. red pepper flakes
1 lemon (juiced)

Directions:
Brown sausage. Bring pot of salted water to a boil for gnocchi. Drain gnocchi once cooked. Add onion, red pepper flakes, garlic and mushrooms to skillet with sausage and saute for approximately 5 minutes. Toss in drained spinach. Add gnocchi and juice lemon over entire mixture. Salt & pepper to taste. Serve with parmesan cheese.
