1 c margarine or butter
2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
1 tsp + vanilla
1 or 2 drops lemon extract
1 tsp baking soda
4 tsp baking powder
4 1/2 c flour (not sifted)
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar, eggs, vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and half, then add half sour cream, remaining g flour and remaining sour cream. Mix well. Chill. Roll out or dtop to cookie sheet and press down with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 350º for 8-10 min or until light brown.
