Bite size pieces of:
broccoli
cauliflower
carrots
green or red peppers
cherry tomatoes
black olives
other fresh vegetables you like
Italian dressing

* Mix vegetables together in a large bowl.

* Stir in Italian dressing.

This salad is amazing because you can make it in any quantity you want. Cutting the vegetables in bite size pieces means you don't have to spend a lot of time preparing it. It's my go-to salad in the summer.~Susan
