8 oz bag Puff Corn
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup (Karo)
1 teaspoon baking soda



Directions:
Directions:
Put puff corn in large roaster sprayed with cooking oil. In a 2 qt. sauce pan bring butter and Karo to a boil, cook for 2 minutes.
Add the baking soda. Stir well, remove from heat. Pour over corn and stir well coating evenly.
Bake in 250º oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove, spread on waxed paper let cool. Break into small pieces.
