1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup grated onion
1 (2 oz) jar pimento
1 egg
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
Paprika to taste

Directions:

Preheat to 400
Mix all ingredients together except Paprika, in order given, while stirring well.
Pour into slightly oiled casserole dish
Sprinkle with paprika
Bake for 1 hour
