2 cups coconut
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup softened butter

2 large instant vanilla pudding mixes
5 cups milk
12 oz cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300
Mix first 4 ingredients until crumbly.
Spread onto a cookie sheet
Bake for 45 minutes or until light brown (stir every 15 min)
Remove and let cool
Put 2/3 of mixture into 9x13 pan
Mix instant pudding with 5 cups of milk
Pour over crumbs in 9x13 pan
Top with 8-12 oz of cool whip
Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top
Refrigerate overnight
