1 can Honeyboy Salmon
1 egg
bread crumbs
salt and pepper
grease or oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all of the liquid from the can
Remove skin and small bones from middle and place in bowl
Add 1 egg
Add salt and pepper
Add bread crumbs (enough to hold patties together)
Fry in hot grease until brown
