1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 purple onion
1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
1 (11 ounce) can white shoepeg corn
1 box cherry tomatoes (or can of diced tomatoes)
1 bunch cilantro
1 lime for juice
1 (8-16 ounce) bottle Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all ingredients
Combine all ingredients
Squeeze lime juice over ingredients
Pour 6-16 oz. of Italian dressing over ingredients in a sealable container
Let it sit overnight or at least 12 hours
Drain juice
Scoop mixture into serving dish
Enjoy!
