10 medium potatoes, cooked in skins
6 hard boiled eggs
1 medium onion
4 oz. diced pimentos
1 tsp celery seed or salt (can use 1/4 cup finely chopped celery instead)
salt & pepper to taste
3 TBS Miracle Whip Salad Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
* In a large bowl combine: hot cubed peeled potatoes, hot chopped eggs & onion.
* Add remaining ingredients except Miracle Whip & stir.
* Add Miracle Whip & stir. *Chill.

Mom always told us that mixing the ingredients together while the potatoes & eggs were still warm was the secret to delicious potato salad!~Susan & Beth.
