1 small pkg pistachio instant pudding
20 oz can undrained crushed pineapple
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
* Mix together pudding & pineapple.

* Fold in marshmallows, nuts and Cool Whip.

* Chill before serving.

Also known as Watergate Salad.

Big extended family gatherings were always so much fun. But as a kid I would get really excited if the KY Wrights were coming because I loved to hear them talk. Who are we kidding, I still love their accents. ~Stephanie
