Roasted Broccoli Recipe

1 head broccoli
2 cloves garlic or 1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. onion powder (optional)
1 gallon size Ziploc bag

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Chop a head of broccoli (needs to be dry after you've rinsed it).
3. Place broccoli into the gallon size Ziploc bag.
4. Add garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
5. Shake bag until well coated.
6. Spread out onto baking sheet.
7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the broccoli starts to brown up and get crunchy.
