4-6 medium strawberries
3 cubes of ice
any powdered or flavored stevia to taste
1/2 t. vanilla or powdered cocoa (optional)
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Directions:
Blend together until smooth. Pour into a dish or popsicle molds and freeze until firm. Makes 1 serving.

Can add half and half or cream and whipped egg whites and freeze for an ice cream style dessert. Also chopped nuts or chopped chocolate bits.
