Dressing
4 tsp. vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup mayonnaise

Slaw
2 bags (10oz.) finely shredded cabbage, chopped to 1/8"
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots

Directions:

Salad
*In a large bowl combine cabbage & carrots.

Dressing
*Whisk together remaining ingredients except mayonnaise. Continue whisking until sugar dissolves.

*Whisk mayonnaise into mix.

*Pour dressing over cabbage mixture & stir.

*Refrigerate for 2 hours & serve.
