3 cups apple juice
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 cup berries
1 avocado
1 tsp. powdered greens
1 T. lecithin
3 T flax seed oil
pinch of sea salt
1 T raw honey

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Lecithin (granules) added to any smoothie make it a detox smoothie--great for the liver
