1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup mashed banana
4 Tbsp sour cream
2/3 cup melted butter
1 cups nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 bread pans.
Mix sugar, flour, and soda together; set aside. Beat eggs, add vanilla, banana, sour cream, and butter. Mix well; blend in flour mixture.
Pour half of batter into each pan. Bake 30 minutes or until tooth pick comes out dry. Do not over bake. Let cool before removing from pan.
