10 1/2 cups (25.6 oz bag) instant nonfat dry milk
4 cups powdered sugar
2 - 8 oz nondairy powdered creamer, Amaretto Flavor
3 1/2 cups sweetened hot chocolate powder
2 3/4 cups (11 oz) nondairy powdered creamer
1/2 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients and mix very well. Store in airtight containers. This recipe will yield approximately 8 pint size jars.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Combine 4 heaping tablespoonfuls of cocoa mix with 8 ounces of hot water or milk; stir and enjoy.
