Rhonda Soderblom

1/2 cup millet
1 pkg tofu, medium/firm 16 oz. (refrigerated kind)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp poultry seasoning or 1/2 tsp sage
1-2 Tbsp beef-like seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1 Tbsp Bragg's All Purpose Seasoning
1 c. onions, finely chopped, sautéed
2 c. quick oats
1/3 c. pecans, ground gone or may use almond meal

1. In a small pot, simmer millet in 2 cups of water until done, about 15 min. or until water is absorbed. Place in a mixing bowl.
2. Blenderize tofu, salt, and seasonings until smooth. Pour into mixing bowl with cooked millet.
3. Add onions, oats and pecans and mix well. Let stand 5 minutes. If mix is dry use a little vegetable broth to moisten.
4. Take batter by spoonfuls and form into the shape of a burger.
5. Fry both sides of burger until golden brown.
6. Let sit about 5-10 min before serving, to allow them to "firm up"
7. Serve and Enjoy!
