1 head cauliflower
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
1/4 cup Frank's red hot sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup bleu cheese crumbles

Directions:
Directions:
Wash cauliflower, cut into large florets. Preheat oven to 400º. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt and pepper. Add cauliflower florets, tossing until evenly coated. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes until cauliflower starts to brown.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add hot sauce and simmer 3-5 minutes, whisking occasionally. Add cooked cauliflower. Very gently stir until evenly coated.
Place on serving platter, sprinkle with blue cheese, serve hot!
