1/4 C. flaxseed meal
1 t. cinnamon or apple pie spice
1/2 t. baking powder
1 packet stevia or 2-3 t. sugar
1 egg
1 t. oil
optional: chopped apple, banana, raisins or nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl
2. mix egg and oil and optional ingredients in a large coffee mug
3. add dry ingredients into the wet ones and mix well
4. microwave for 1 minute 45 seconds (may vary per microwave)
5. remove from microwave and let cool. Gently remove from mug, slice in half and spread with butter, peanut butter, jelly or other to taste.
