3 - 4 large potatoes (peel if desired)
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Peel & cube potatoes. Place potatoes & salt in large pot & add cold water to cover. Boil potatoes until done. Drain the water. Slice the butter over the hot potatoes. Add the rest of the ingredients & mix just to distribute the ingredients evenly. Salt & pepper to taste. Serve warm. You can serve fresh made bacon crumbles & extra green onions on the side.
