3 med - lrg Ripe Bananas
1/2 c. Butter, melted
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Cocoa Powder
1 c. Chocolate Chips

Bake 350º oven 55 - 65 min.
9 x 5 Loaf Pan, buttered
2 Mixing Bowls

Mash BANANAS in bottom of large bowl. Whisk in melted BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR, then add EGG and VANILLA.

In smaller mixing bowl combine FLOUR, BAKING SODA, SALT and COCOA. Mix ingredients till no lumps. ADD to wet mixture STIR to mix. Add CHOCOLATE CHIPS and stir till mixed in. Add mixture to loaf pan. BAKE. Test with toothpick for doneness. Cool in pan 10 min then run knife arund edge. Banana bread wrap in foil - good for about 4-5 days, if it lasts :-).
