3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup shortening
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt



TOPPING:
butter
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Grease an 8x8 inch pan. Set aside.
Cream sugar and shortening together, add egg, vanilla, and milk. Then add dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Spread top with butter while still warm and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture.
