4 lb. chicken, cut up and floured
1 T. butter, along with some olive oil
1 T. sweet paprika
salt & pepper to taste
1 small onion
1 pt. sour cream
chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Take butter, oil, and onion and set on medium flame to brown a little.
Add the sweet paprika, salt and pepper. Then add cut up and floured chicken in small portions. Brown and stew slowly until well done. (If liquid is needed so you can have gravy, add chicken broth or water)
Then mix 1 T. flour with the sour cream and stir into chicken when done. Do not boil, just stir lightly and simmer slowly until liquid thickens slightly. May garnish with chopped parsley.

Serve with halusky (dumplings)
