6 slices of bacon cut into pieces
1 onion
3/4 c ketchup
1/3 c brown sugar
3 T Apple cider vinegar
1 t yellow mustard
1/2 t chili powder
1 (28oz) can baked beans
2 (16 oz) can black beans, rinsed
15 oz of other canned beans, rinsed
Hot sauce to taste
1 t liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook bacon in small skillet over medium high heat until browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer to paper towels and drain. Drain off all but 2 tablespoons of drippings, add the onions to the skillet and cook, stirring often, until soft, 5 min.
2. In sauce pan mix the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, chili powder, hot sauce, liquid smoke.
3. Stir bacon and onions into the sauce mixture.
4. In slow cooker mix all beans and sauce and onion mixture.
5. Cover and cook over low heat until thick, 6 hours.
