Ingredients:  
9 lbs tomatoes peeled and cut up (do not scald)
2 lbs celery, cut fine
7 large onions cut fine
1 c salt
2 c Vinegar
6 c sugar
1/2 oz mustard seed
2 red peppers finely chopped
2 green peppers finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix tomatoes, celery, onions, salt and hang in jelly bag overnight to drain.
2. In the morning add vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, red and green peppers
3. Stir mixture well and put in jars. Do not seal. Will keep in fridge indefinitely
