1 C flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
12 eggs lightly beaten
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 T chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Wisk flour, baking powder & salt. Add eggs and beat on low until smooth. Stir in cheese & parsley. Pour into greased 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 sheet pan. Bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes until slighty browned. Let cool and cut into small cubes.
