1 package cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2/3. tsp garlic powder
2 c. milk
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients to a pan over a hot stove SLOWLY. (The cream cheese may take a while to melt.) After it's mostly melted, turn down heat. Let simmer until thickened. If it really doesn't thicken, gradually add tiny amounts of cornstarch. If desired, add chicken or shrimp. Serve with noodles.
