1 pound can or 2 cups salmon
8 ounces package cream cheese
1 TBSP lemon juice
2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp prepare horseradish
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon. Remove all skin and bones. Soften cream cheese. Mix all ingredients thoroughly till no lumps exist. Roll into ball or log with waxed paper. You can freeze for later use. Roll on desired nuts. Serve with crackers.
