Ingredients: 1lb ground chuck 1 envelope brown gravy Can of onion soup Canned veggies drained use as much as you like to taste Peas, carrots,corn. Just some not whole can if you use any. We always use peas.
OK now mashed potatoes the easy way. Get the "Simply potatoes" in refrigerator section. Heat up in micro, add a spoon of helmans mayo. Plop spoonfuls on meat leaving uneven. Dot some butter around if you want. Stick in hot oven until all bubbly.

Directions:Bake in 425 Until Bubbly and Potatoes are nice and Brown..
Cook up beef then drain and put back into pan. Sprinkle envelope of gravy stir on low. Add onion soup and let simmer it will thicken add vegs. Throw this mix into a casserole or if using cast iron pan just go rustic leave in pan.
