14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small glove garlic, minced
2 T oregano (less if dried)
2 T grated onion
2 cups Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and spoon the mixture into an 8 in baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 F. Serve with crackers, pita chips or flat bread.
