Directions:
In a small bowl, sprinkle 2 T. yeast over 1/2 c. lukewarm water.

In a large bowl, stir together the milk, melted butter, sugar and salt. Add the yeast mixture, eggs and 4 cups of flour. When mixed well add remaining flour. Let rise till double. Punch down and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll out into a large rectangle about 1/4" thick and spread with 2 T. melted butter. Do not spread butter on one inch of one of the long sides (so the the dough will stick to itself when it's rolled up.) Top with brown sugar, cinnamon, nuts, and raisins. Roll up and cut into 1" sections. Place on a cookie sheet and let rise until doubled. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Personal Notes:
When I put them on the cookie sheet, I dab some whipping cream across the tops. This seems to make the gooier.

I usually get around 20 out of this.
