1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 large can tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
8 oz. water
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in 1 T. oil. Brown ground beef with onion. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2 hours uncovered. Serve over hot pasta.
