2 T. butter
2 1/2 T. flour
1 C. milk
3 slices American cheese
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash garlic sauce
dash fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan and blend in flour. Add milk and other ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thick, approximately 7 minutes. Serve over cooked and drained broccoli spears.
