2 cups fresh blueberries, crushed
1/3 cup sugar
1 TBSP lemon juice
½ tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Bring first three ingredients to a boil over medium heat
Heat, stirring constantly
Boil 1 minute, stir in vanilla
Remove and cool 1 hour. Cover and chill
Serve over ice cream, pound cake or cheesecake
