1- 3 oz. package of cream cheese
1 Tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 Tsp. pepper
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 1/2 lbs. of baking potatoes
2 Tbsp. Butter
paprika
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, stir together cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and sour cream until smooth. Set aside. Peel and quarter potatoes to boil and drain. Mash potatoes then add sour cream mixture and continue to beat until fluffy and smooth. Spoon potatoes into a 2 quart casserole, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
