Turkey neck and giblets
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 yellow onion cut into large dice
1 stalk celery with leaves cut into large pieces
4 sprigs fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 sprigs parsley
4 whole black peppercorns
2 whole cloves
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Remove neck and giblets from turkey; rinse well with cold water. Place in a large saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and cover with cold water. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, for 50 minutes.

Strain broth and reserve. Discard vegetables.

This is what I use for the base for my gravy. The dogs love the shredded meat off the neck and cut giblets.
