1/2 - 3/4 Cups Cocoa
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Boiling Water
2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/3 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/4 Tsp. Salt

Heat oven to 350 F
Grease 9x12" pan

In mixing bowl, stir together cocoa & baking soda.

Blend in 1/3 cup oil, add boiling water. Stir until mixture thickens.

Stir in egg and remaining oil. Stir until smooth.

Add sugar, flour, vanilla, salt and blend completely.

Pour into lightly greased pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Cool in pan for 25 minutes.
