7 eggs, seperated
cup sugar
1 quart of milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put milk in pan. Put egg whites in a large bowl and beat until very thick.
Put egg yolks, cup sugar 2 TBSP. milk and vanilla in a small bowl and mix.
Bring milk to a boil and drop big spoon of egg whites into it.
Cook on both sides, turning over several times, very fast.
Lift out and put in large bowl.
Add egg yolks to milk (keep stirring) and bring to a small boil.
Pour over egg whites.
