10 Large Carrots
10 Large Onions
3 Red or Green Peppers (optional)
1 48 oz. tin Tomato Juice
1 Garlic bud chopped
10 Bay Leaves
2 Tins Tomato Paste
2 28 oz. Tins of chopped Tomatoes

Pinch
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Basil

Directions:
Directions:
Peel large carrots, onions, peppers. Boil in tomato juice until soft with 10 Bay leaves.

Cool, remove bay leaves and puree.

Place back in pot, add 2 tins of tomato paste and 2 tins chopped tomatoes. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Add salt, pepper, basil and oregano to taste.
