Ingredients:  
3 tbsp margarine
2/3 cups long grain rice
1 13-3/4 oz can chicken broth (1-2/3 cup)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In medium skillet, melt margarine over med. heat; add rice. Cook and stir till rice is cooked and light golden brown. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Turn into a 1 qt. casserole. Bake covered in a 350 oven for
50 minutes, stirring after 30 minutes.
