1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco mix
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 green pepper, diced
1 small red onion, diced
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 small can slice black olives
1/2 head of iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 bottle spicy ranch dressing
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Doritos for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and follow instructions on taco mix.
Spread taco meat in 9x13 pan and cool completely in fridge before layering the following ingredients in order listed above. Can be made up to a day in advance and kept refrigerated at this point.

Serve over crushed Doritos.
