1 lb. ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
¾ cup water
¼ tsp pepper
1 can 8oz tomato sauce
1 can 6oz tomato paste
1 9oz frozen mixed vegetables
8 oz. (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can 10oz buttermilk biscuit
1 tsp margarine butter melted
½ tsp dried oregano leaves
3-4 cloves garlic

Preheat oven at 375 degrees. use a 12x8 2qt greased baking dish. Brown beef drain skillet and add onions; stir in water, pepper, tomato sauce, tomato paste simmer for 15 min stirring occasional. Stir in vegetables and 1-1/2 cups cheese, then spoon into casserole dish. Divide biscuits into half and layer over mixture in dish slightly overlapping. Brush biscuits with butter then sprinkle with oregano and remaining cheese. Bake for about 25 minutes or till biscuits golden brown.
