1 lb. ground hamburger
2 T. fat/lard
1 Can cream mushroom soup
2 med onions chopped
1 Can Cream Chicken soup
1 C celery chopped
C minute rice
C Soy sauce
C Worcestershire sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chow Mein Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground hamburger in fat then add other ingredients except noodles. Rinse soup cans to add a total of 1 cans of water. Bake at 350o for 1 hour. Cover with chow mein noodles bake for an additional 1 mins.
