2 1/2 Cups un sifted, all purpose flour
1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa
2 1/2 Tsp. double acting baking powder
1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. salt
1 Tsp. cinnamon
3/4 Cup butter or margarine
2 Cups sugar
3 Eggs
2 Cups grated unpeeled zucchini
2 Tsp. grated orange peel
2 Tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 Cup milk
1 Cup ground walnuts
3/4 Cups icing sugar
1 Tbsp. Orange juice
1/2 Tsp. grated orange rind.

Grease Bundt Pan
Heat over at 350 F

In a medium bowl, combine fist 6 ingredients. Set aside

In a large bowl, at medium speed beat butter or margarine, and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, continue until well mixed.

Stir in zucchini, orange and vanilla.

Alternately stir in dry ingredients, milk and nuts.

Bake for 1 hour. ( test with toothpick)

Stand in pan on rack 15 minutes, invert, glaze while warm.

Stir til smooth icing sugar, orange juice grated orange rind.
