2 Cups. Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1 1/2 Cups. packed Brown Sugar
1/2 Cups. Margarine
1 Egg
1 Cup. Milk
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 1/2 Cups. Rhubarb
1/2 Cup. White Sugar
1 Tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:

Heat Oven at 350 F

Mix Flour, Baking Soda, Salt.

Cream Brown Sugar and Margarine until fluffy.

Add Egg.

Blend Flour mixture, Creamed Ingredients, Milk, Vanilla and Rhubarb. Place in a cake pan.

Sprinkle White Sugar and Cinnamon on top of cake mixture. Bake for 40 minutes.
