Ingredients:

12-16 oz of Italian Sausage
1 small onion diced
2-4 garlic cloves, minced
2 stalks celery, chopped
32 oz chicken broth
3-4 potatoes, diced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 Bay leaves
3-4 cups chopped kale leaves
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Italian Sausage.
Add onion and garlic and saute until softened.
Add celery and saute a few minutes more.
Add chicken broth, potatoes, Italian seasoning and Bay leaves. Simmer until potatoes begin to soften.
Add chopped Kale leaves and simmer until potatoes are fully cooked.
Stir in evaporated milk and simmer 5-10 minutes more.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired and serve with garlic bread.
