Ingredients:  
1- 1lb can red salmon
3 egg whites
3/4 cup liquid (juice from salmon plus skim milk)
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp chopped onion
1 cup of coarse soda cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Skin and flake the salmon.
2. Add beaten egg whites, the liquid, cracker crumbs, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper.
3. Spoon into an oiled loaf pan and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
