6 Cups Rhubarb
6 Cups Sugar
2 Oranges (chop pulp)
2 Lemons (chop pulp)
1 Tbsp. Candied Ginger to taste (Cut very fine)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut rhubarb in small pieces.
Put fruit rind through mincer.

Boil for 1 hour, add ginger, stir well.

Bottle and seal.
