1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup Kellogg's All Bran
1 1/2 tsp. of grated orange peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup of grated zucchini
1/2 cup nuts


Orange Cream Cheese Frosting:

1- 3oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 tbsp margarine or butter (softened)
1/2 tsp of grated orange peel
1 1/2 cup of confectioners sugar
Milk if needed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs until well combined. Stir in cereal, peel and vanilla. Add flour mixture, zucchini and nuts. Mix well. Spread in a greased 10x6x2 pan (or a 1 1/2 quart baking dish). Bake 325 for 35 minutes.

Orange Cream Cheese Frosting:


1. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, margarine and peel until light and fluffy.
2. Gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy and spreading consistency. If mixture is too thick, add 1-2 tsp of milk.
