12 oz. whole wheat pasta
2 cooked chicken breasts (sliced into bite size pieces)
1 6 oz. jar sun-dried tomatoes (drained & chopped)
1/3 c. fresh basil (chopped)

Sauce:
1 T. butter or olive oil
5 cloves garlic (minced)
3 T. flour
2 c. unsweetened almond milk
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. To make sauce, heat butter (olive oil) in large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant. Stir in flour and saute for an additional minute, stirring occasionally. Slowly add in almond milk, whisking to combine until smooth. Continue cooking until the mixture reaches a simmer and thickens. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper until cheese is melted. Reduce heat to low and toss with pasta.
